CFB Bathgate are a strength & conditioning gym and fitness community owned by Damian and Joseph Duffin. They formed the business in 2008 and continue to teach adults, youths and children from all backgrounds. They also deliver tuition across the country and spent more than 10 years coaching in Scandinavia and across Europe. The central location close to many transport links as well as an extensive offer of daily workouts from Monday to Saturday means you have easy access to a friendly gym with a wealth of knowledge ready to be passed on to help it's members and team mates.
